Wire Connection

1.Use wire terminal. The wires are crimped through the terminals and then secured together with screws, which is very strong. However, it should be wrapped with insulating tape after connection to prevent electric shock and leakage.

2. Use a wire connect box. The extraction and connection of the wires is crimped by the terminals of the junction box and is very strong. No need to use insulating tape

3. Crimp the terminals with a wire. The incoming and outgoing wires are placed in the crimping terminal, and the connecting wire is directly crimped into a whole by crimping, which is very firm. However, it should also be wrapped with insulating tape after connection to prevent electric shock and leakage.

The Difference Between Soldered Copper Terminals And Copper Crimped Terminals

The difference between the soldered copper terminal and the copper crimped terminal is that the soldered terminal is soldered to the terminal and the crimped terminals is connected by a special tool to the terminal.

The terminal refers to the end of the wire, that is, the head of the wire. The crimp wire terminal that is connected to the other end after crimping is collectively called a crimping terminal.

1.Terminal connectors are gradually being widely used in various fields, including signal terminal power terminals, connection terminals, etc., which are connection terminals in the circuit.

2.The terminal is a component that connects the battery to the external conductor. In electrical engineering, the terminal refers to the wire terminal. The type is divided into single hole, double hole, socket, hook, etc. from the material, is divided into Silver plating on copper, Copper plating on zinc, copper, aluminum iron, etc.

3. The soldered copper terminal is soldered to the copper terminal and the wire end by solder paste and solder. The earlier soldering process was to solder the copper terminal and the wire end using brazing powder and brazing rod.

(1) The copper crimping terminal is crimped by the crimping pliers of the special copper terminal and the wire end.

(2)At present, most of them use copper crimp terminals. Use welding only when there are special requirements and special environmental locations.

(3) The welding and crimping terminals are connected to the distribution box and the cabinet when the copper wire enters the distribution box or the cabinet. The welding and crimping are generally used on multi-strand flexible wires. On site is generally crimped, and the quota can be used to crimp the terminal.

The wire is tighter after soldering. There will be no problem of heating and burning, as long as the outer tape is wrapped tightly and the staggered joint position, so as to avoid the short-circuit phenomenon. This is safer than using the connectors for electrical wire. The failure rate of the wire cable connectors will be high, the connector may be loose, the heating may burn the terminal, and then it may be short circuited. Nowadays, many places with high fire protection are reinforced with solder.
